A step-by-step guide to starting an online business

I really wish I had this book last year, before I gave my notice. It’s such a great read with actionable steps. I saw some comments about the content basically telling you to start an online business or create a course and YES! She is sharing what she learned to be the most profitable way to make money without the hustle. I will admit I purchased two of her courses since reading the book and look forward to her academy in the Fall.

If you’re new to the world of digital courses and want to consider dipping your toe in this is a great step by step guide to show you how to get from where you are, to where you could be.

Amy is a beast in the business and one of my top mentors. If you want to change your life this is the playbook.

Great book!

I listened to Amy on Mel Robbins podcast and immediately bought this book afterwards. I feel so inspired and prepared to start my business. Just what I needed to give myself a push.

Great read if you’re looking for an action plan

This book is inspiring, but even more importantly it offers an action plan to get started.

I appreciated Amy’s vulnerability in sharing her story. She didn’t just share the path to her success, but also her failures along the way and how she got back up and kept on.

It opened up a new perspective for me on how just starting somewhere (doing whatever you might be good at right now) could be the key to something great.

For the record: she never said men get periods (in case you’re wondering about that last review that was posted).

Review of Amy’s 2-Week Notice

I keep getting Audible books that are disappointing, but I found a good one with 2wk Notice. I’m about 3/4 the way through it and I love it. It’s like she knows me and I can tell she really cares. I highly recommend it and it can be the one thing that helps me “ get off the porch and do something “. Love it!

The Action Plan I Needed!

I really enjoyed listening to the Audible version of Two Weeks Notice.
Amy describes relatable examples from her own entrepreneurial journey, and those of her students.
The prompts, processes, scripts, checklists, and samples are easy to understand and explained in plain language. The companion downloadable PDF has illustrations from the hard copy book. Amy also has provided an online resource hub (website) that she refers to in the book.
I feel encouraged and equipped to start my own journey toward turning my dream of owning a business into a reality.

Excellent Step-by-Step digital content creation process made simple!

Excellent step-by-step guide for starting digital courses, workshops and other insightful product suggestions. Easy to understand and follow. Attached PDF was a huge help!

Necessary read for any entrepreneur!!! (Even if you already left your 9-5!)

Amy really gets into the mind of the person desiring to make the switch. It’s packed full of to do’s and how to’s, and she not only gives advice, but also the exact steps to take once you leave your job, with many examples AND worksheets to make it happen. Truly an expert on the subject, I’m left feeling empowered and confident knowing I have this book as a tool to continuously refer to during (and after) every step of giving my “Two Week Notice”. One final thought… the last chapter was raw, real and very necessary to illustrate how to be, or not to be rather, once you have established your business. I’m SO glad I listened to this book… buying the hard copy too. ;)
