This book has completely changed my life and outlook on showing up as my authentic self. Jen did a great job describing her life stories and framing it into a powerful guide to conquer some of life challenges.

Fun, Honest, Relatable, and Inspiring!

I really enjoyed this book! As someone who personally has that deep down desire to be seen but who has let fear take the driver’s seat, this book gives you actionable steps to keep pushing forward.

Jen’s stories are open, honest, and messy and they help you to believe that you can create the life that you want and how you want to be seen.

Jen’s ability to share her personal story of grace, betrayals, fortitude & determination as a fellow introvert in this extroverted world is captivating. Her balance of compassion, grit, realness & coaching care-frontations is unmatched & exactly my language I truly needed to hear in this audible book! Powerful & Incredible

Listening to 'Be Seen' by Jen felt like having a heart-to-heart with a close friend. Jen's honesty about her own struggles made me feel seen and understood. Her insights into embracing our quirks and insecurities felt like a warm hug, reminding me that it's okay to be imperfect. If you're looking for a book that speaks to the messy, beautiful reality of being human, 'Be Seen' by Jen is it.

Great book so far, but think I need a hard copy

So far, I am enjoying this book (about 4-5 chapters in), but I really feel like i need the written version. I listen to audiobooks during my commute and while doing mundane tasks, like showering or preparing a meal. But there is just so much good stuff that is not included in the PDF, that I want to remember, and it's too much to take notes on.

If you are able to just listen and take what you can from it and let the rest go, or if you are the type of person who listens and take notes, the audio is great. It's just not working for me in audio form.

if you've got a content driven business, it any small business, you should listen to and apply this book.

The entire book is phenomenal! It's okay to allow yourself to be seen, if you don't, no one will know you're there.

Get ready for an energy high.

Jen is an energy powerhouse. There is no way you’ll listen to this / read this and not be ready to take control of what you’re chasing.
