This work is an excellent example of moving the Theory of Constraints and the 80/20 Pareto principle to a higher level. Sullivan’s ideas have always fascinated me and Dr Dan Hardy has done a great job around clarity and illustration. This book is definitely in the top ten in my personal library of over 2,000. Highly recommended.
