Refreshing Information That Older Folks Will Appreciate

Ellen Langer are gives us the results of her life of research in a compelling and interesting narrative. Her work and results bring to my mind. Other books are on different topics that reinforce her findings and conclusions. or invitation to becoming mindful, is both stimulating and practical.

Combined, this book with the best seller Outlive by Dr. Peter Attia, and with the book The One by Heinrich Pas give us a startling perspective that just could be a way out of the woods of modernity in which we all mostly reside.

Informational, but inappropriate narrator tone.

It was distracting to listen to a "younger" sounding narrator. Should havr a more deeper tone reader, matching the distinguised professional content. I'll just buy the book next.

Brief as many books go, and with much useful information

This reader, listener, actually, found the book, quite fascinating, and listened to it twice so far. Seeking to apply the principles within it to my life, combined with studies of biblical principles and Jewish traditions. So far it seems to fit together quite well.

How and why has our country ignored these study findings?
