Arnaud Maitland’s gentle yet steadfast tone delivers the teachings of Tarthang Tulku in this lesson on deepening meditation. Tulku is a lama working to spread Tibetan texts and culture. Maitland is his student and an expert on Buddhism in his own right.
The pace of this audiobook is soothing and lends itself to calm reflection. The listening experience is soothing but at the same time it presents a practical guide to better meditation practices. Tibetan Meditation: Deepening Meditation is a great introduction for anyone interested in meditation as well as a tool for developing the practices of those who already meditate.
