I haven't finished it yet, but I'm hoping he provides some specifics about choosing pro-biotics and any supplements he recommends for healing the gut. There's a lot out there and it's confusing. For example, some brands of probiotics may be useless if they are dead on arrival.What about Tom Perkins’s performance did you like?
Everything. He's easy to listen to, doesn't act like he's talking to a 5 year old, and he has a great voice.What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
Your microbiome is your internal ecology. It's like a garden in your gut, and it will thrive on diversity.Any additional comments?
I like the level of difficulty presented. It's easy to follow, yet I didn't feel impatient with it, like he was presenting the info to a small child. I'm not sure the micro-biome is EVERYTHING, but Kellman makes the case that the microbiome affects and mediates a myriad of processes in our bodies, and that it's important enough that I want to implement his suggestions for an even healthier me.Not just for those who want to lose weight!
