Great book worth giving a listen

I picked up this book just out of curiosity - I'm looking into investing but not sure which direction to go in - and was really surprised by the information in this book. I'd never been aware of mobile homes as investments. Really easy to understand chapters on why and how to do this. I'd recommend this for anyone looking to invest their money into something that's pretty safe and doable.

Great idea!

What a great niche, I have never thought of mobile homes, this seems to be a low competition area, which is why it can create a quick cashflow. The book also teaches about cashflow management and the art of negotiation.

Mobile homes are profitable

I have always wanted to learn how to make money in a trailer park and this book showed me how. Love It!

Who knew! Mobile Home passive income!

This book is terrific. I loved learning how step by step a person can invest in this passive income, without a lot of investment capital. I really liked the checklists and what to look out for. Though the author doesn't claim to be a tax professional the fact that lots of advantages are to be gained from owning personal property rather than real estate property was something I didn't know.
I also liked learning about repairs and inspections so if the opportunity arises, I'll know what to look for and what kind of expenses to expect. Thanks.

Profits and Profits

First of all the gifts are real and very valuable which is a great addition to reading this book. The main point of it all is to take action. Profits cannot be made when you are not working.
