Best book on storage

The material is great, but I feel like the narrator isn't familiar enough with the material. Yes I know he is literally reading from a script, but, there's just something missing from the delivery.

I was looking for a book to help me on my self storage facility ownership track and only saw a few options. They all had very minimal reviews and I passed them over in the beginning. After listening to AJ's Self Storage Income podcast I realized this book was incredibly new to the market. I took the few short hours to listen to the book and quickly saw the value in the market. Don't skip the opportunity to read this book because it doesn't have thousands of reviews or ratings. It is a great resource and you won't be disappointed!

Great overview for a newbie

I liked how AJ goes over his personal story of why he got into this space. I also liked the examples he provided from his own deals so the concepts he covered made sense. I highly recommend this book to a newbie like myself who has very little information on this asset class and wants to get into it.
