This is the most straight forward, actionable book on Note investing today. I wish all real estate investing books were like this one!

There's a lot to learn here

I’ve been trying to get into investing a bit more as well as diversify my small portfolio, so I’ve been picking up some alternative investment books and audiobooks. I’m glad I picked this one up because I learned a lot from it.

It’s all about alternative forms of real estate (RE) investing — specifically, using other people’s debt and money to make profits from RE without dealing with the pains of it. The book talks about avoiding the three T’s of RE investing: termites, toilets, and tenants.

Though it doesn’t totally sound feasible, it is possible to avoid such headaches by buying RE-related notes on secondary markets. That’s what this book covers in detail. Okay, that, and a few other things. I learned a lot of great info and new, useful terms, and I definitely hope to put that knowledge to good use some day soon.

If you are like me and you are looking for new ways of investing, this book is for you. The author really breaks down the strategy you have to use and even a beginner will be equipped to start. The accompanying PDF is amazing! I feel smarter after listening to this book and most important I have found a way to generate a new stream of income,

Risk-free investing! Impossible you say? Then you need to listen to this audiobook. The author explains to the listener the pros and cons of the different types of investments available out there, mostly focusing on real estate type investments. Make sure you have the accompanying PDF handy because there are sections of this audiobook that you will need to refer to the PDF copy for easier understanding. It is well worth the listen.

A wealth of information

All puns intended, Beau did a great job outlining strategies and exit strategies on buying and selling notes. Highly recommend this book.
