Great content! Actionable book!

I read a lot of business books and this was an awesome one. Actionable steps and a very relatable story. I’ve been a long time non mobile home landlord and still found tons of value in this book!

Smude's book is an easy listen, packed with practical lessons on the ins and outs of investing in mobile homes on land. Save yourself the pain of learning things the hard way, and spend a couple of hours with this book instead.

Great Book, easy to understand

Adrian does a great job being vulnerable and shares not only his knowledge but also his lessons from his journey. He tells you what to watch out for so you don’t experience the same challenges that he did. I think that makes the book much more relatable. He is real and down to earth. He has a sincere heart for helping people succeed. I highly recommend this book and if you ever get the opportunity to meet Adrian in person do so.

This was an EASY book to listen to. The reader reads with enthusiasm and his words are inspirational! It is read in a way that feels like a conversation with a friend.
