Great Book, easy to understand
Adrian does a great job being vulnerable and shares not only his knowledge but also his lessons from his journey. He tells you what to watch out for so you don’t experience the same challenges that he did. I think that makes the book much more relatable. He is real and down to earth. He has a sincere heart for helping people succeed. I highly recommend this book and if you ever get the opportunity to meet Adrian in person do so.

The author speaks to YOU!
This was an EASY book to listen to. The reader reads with enthusiasm and his words are inspirational! It is read in a way that feels like a conversation with a friend. So many gems can be found in this book whether you are a beginner in real estate investing or are seasoned. I will definitely listen to this book several more times.
