Bill gives it to you like it is!
No BS advice for real estate professionals - new and experienced. He doesn’t try to upsell anything so this is about as unbiased as advice gets. I specifically enjoyed learning about market cycles and the importance of knowing your exit strategy before even purchasing a property. Highly recommended.

Tactical, Useful, with enough anecdotal stories
Bill, great book. I'm inspired with the way you wrote this, it's very informative and yet told in many stories so you can consume the information quickly. I especially liked the information regarding the MLO. Wow! Good stuff. I've just finished listening to this, and now am going back and re-reading (listening) to it again. If I can make one suggestion, and that's having all the links in the book shared in a audiobook links and images PDF to go along with it. It'd be super helpful. Thank you so much.
