Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes, If you are considering using real estate as a method of retiring early, accumulating wealth, supplementing income, then this book would be worthwhile. I know that this book discusses a lot about multi units and appears to be directed to multi units that are over a couple of dozens. I personally still work in the residential multi units and one commercial multi unit and found that the advice on this is great. This book will surely pay itself off many times over as many others have done so for me in the past.

I enjoyed the information about both residential and Commercial Real Estate. I hadn't considered commercial real estate before but will start doing so now. His conservative approach in paying down mortgages contrast nicely with other books I am reading., which are more aggressive in borrowing and Leverage.
