this book in informative and to the point. great for people starting out. I would highly reccomend this book

Great book

Easy to listen to and a lot of good information and resources. I highly recommend this book

The fact you can get into the raw land business for next to nothing.

Information in the book is very informative but Mark is very hard to understand as the narrator. I’m hoping he didn’t narrate Dirt Rich 2. There is also no additional resources attached to the audio book. It’s extremely hard to try to get the website address mentioned written down while driving a truck. If we need to go to a website for additional information, there should at least be a page attached with all that information on it for those not reading the book.

Great book on land investment AND systems!!! I wish Mark would have had someone else read the book but nonetheless his message was clear and straight forward. He provided more than enough information to get started in the land business and ways to quickly automate the business so that the business does not become another job for the investor.
