Very helpful

I bought this book because I had to stop drinking for an up coming surgery. I had been drinking a lot more since COVID started and was wondered if I could actually make it the two weeks.

This book helped me understand how to make it through the 14 days. I have no doubt now that I will be successful.

If you are thinking you should quit or cut down your drinking it is worth listening to.

Excellent resource to keep replaying

I really enjoyed this book. I’m in a season to be fit by 50. And I came across this book to help me in that journey. We’ve been programmed to reach for the next sugary drink and you get to a point in your life where you think to yourself, is this really where I wanna be for the rest of my life feeling icky. NO!
