This audiobook is very instructional and filled with personal anecdotes that really drive the message home. The author was definitely vulnerable in putting this together. I think it'll help a lot of people. Great narration, too.

Wow, this audiobook really hit me... I just had to stop and think for a minute. The narration was so raw and honest, with a voice that felt so real, you could hear the emotion in every single word. The performance was just so compelling. It's a great listen, and the production quality is top-notch. It truly felt like I was right there with the narrator…powerful.

This book provided the secrets of an alcholic in which how they survive the day and what they must do to hide their drinking.

Very Relatable

This book hit me real hard because I saw a lot of myself in the main character. On the outside, I looked like I was doing fine too, but on the inside, I was drinking way more than anyone knew. I would have small bottle in my car before all events. The way he talked about hiding it and trying to keep control reminded me of the lies I used to tell myself. It’s not easy to face those memories, but it also gave me hope seeing how he worked through it. If you’ve ever struggled with alcohol, this story will feel really familiar and maybe even help you see you’re not alone. Only thing I did not like was the audio was a bit fuzzy.
