Sports romance with fake dating? Yes please!

I loved Rome and Dillan. Their banter, undeniable connection, and the nicknames were all so good. I really felt for Dillan and loved watching her growth throughout. You could tell Rome was just head over heels for her from the beginning and loved how he was there for her.

The family dynamics and group text threads were a lot of fun, too. I also really loved the book club aspect and how that was woven into the story!

The narrators did a fantastic job, and I definitely recommend listening to this audiobook!!

Okay this audio was absolutely AMAZING! It literally consumed me as I listened to it! Hearing Dillon & Rome in my ears made me love them even more, if that was possible! Performed in duet by Angelina Rocca & Stephen Dexter and these two were so perfect and brought this book to life!

Once again Bella gave us another banger that I devoured! I swear every single book she writes makes me feel like I’m at home in Kroyden Hills! And Rome & Dillan’s story was so freaking good. These two have been dancing around each other for years and I loved getting their book finally! The tension is palpable and they are simply perfect for each other!

You might think you’re ready for this one, but prepare to be surprised! I was ready for the flirty banter and sarcastic wit, as well as the obvious chemistry, but the raw emotions, the animosity, and the twists had me in tears at times and wanting to shake them in other moments!😅 The way Bella Matthews crafts her characters with such depth, while releasing information at the perfect pace never ceases to amaze me! Rome proves my theory once again that the Beneventi men are simply in a special class of their own! I challenge you to try not to swoon over his plethora of nicknames and alpha nature! I didn’t stand a chance! Dillan was so relatable with her silent suffering with vulnerabilities that she kept to herself, fighting to find her own niche amongst her uber-successful family members. I just loved watching her grow, and her dynamic with Rome was just 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨!! I can’t get enough of a true enemies to lovers vibe, and this was it! Rome and Dillan brought the fire throughout, whether they were fighting or having a passionate interlude!🔥 I know I always go on and on about the text threads in the Bellaverse books, but I have two words for you… 𝘉𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘊𝘭𝘶𝘣!!😍😂 Yes, I know it’s fictional, but man, I wish I could get in on that!🤣 The found family, the friendships, and the loyalty just makes Kroydon Hills one of my most favorite fictional towns to visit!! I can’t wait to find out which characters are bringing us back for more emotional gymnastics in the next book!😉

The audio was narrated in duet by Angelina Rocco & Stephen Dexter with an absolute mastery of the characters and story!! They just were Rome and Dillan for me in every way, and I felt like I had a movie rolling in my ears as they brought everyone to life! The text threads and book club chats in this one gave me life!🤣 They were even more fun in audio!! I freaking love Kroydon Hills!

This is such a great addition to the series! you can never go wrong with the Beneventy boys, they are definitely in a league of their own, and need strong women to help round them out. I'm not going to lie I did get a little annoyed with Dylan until you get more of her backstory.
