This is for runners in Liberia

This book purports to give advice (quick or not) about running a 5, 10 or marathon distance. It is full of imperial distance advice for the metric distances. That is plain ridiculous. Liberia, Myanmar and the US are the only countries left who use miles - so this should be renamed as a book for runners in Liberia, Myanmar and the US.

Training schedules should be provided in pdf - they are poorly rendered in voice format.
