Great help for quitting smoking!
This audio is filled with solid advice for quitting smoking. It doesn't preach, but it does remind you how terrible smoking is for you. I think to finally quit you have to come to the point where you realize the negatives far outweigh any perceived benefits. I haven't smoked in over 3 weeks and don't plan on ever starting again! I feel so much better now. Highly recommended!
