Packed with actionable insights
This book has changed the way I think and approach life. I look at emails, phone calls, to do lists, and my calendar in a much different and more productive manner. First Half of the book is describes why you should trim the amount of time you spend working, the author is opposed to "work for works sake".

There are some decent idea starters here
I plan to integrate this into my life to help keep me on track with tasks. The system is not complicated and seems very manageable, unlike many others I've tried. I’ve been vastly more productive and less stressed since implementing this into my daily life.
