I was told I was a millionaire, then I walked away from it all. I had always dreamed of what it would be like to live the life of a millionaire—living in a grand house with hired staff, driving a fancy sports car, dining at the finest restaurants, spending weekends at the country club, and jetting off for luxurious vacations at 5-star resorts multiple times a year. This is how the media often depicts the lifestyle of the wealthy. However, once I became a millionaire myself, I realized that this was not necessarily the case. At least, not from my perspective.
This is a story about my corporate life in the rat race, and being a slave to the grind, where I fired two different employers and then became self-employed. I go into details regarding my real estate ventures when I tried to become a real estate tycoon with no money and a poor credit score and the problems that came with this type of investment..
