I am exceptionally happy with this audio book.

This book does a generally excellent occupation of responding to the inquiries before you realized it was your inquiry. I suggest this book for anybody that is intending to change their way of life with the ketogenic method of powering their bodies.

Excellent book for beginners!

I love the simple and easy to listen format. Elliot does such a great job of explaining the science behind everything. There is everything you need to get a quick start to Keto right at your fingertips - meal plans, recipes and great tips. A must have for your kitchen bookshelf!

Incredible book!!

I appreciated the effortlessness of how this book clarifies the unpredictable thoughts of eating a ketogenic diet. The book characterized the science behind this eating routine and afterward spread out various simple to follow plans that makes eating low carb food sources pretty basic as I would see it.

Understanding Made Easy

The breakdown was easy to follow and the appropriate foods list was very helpful. The layout is beautiful, the food is delicious, the content is well-articulated and non-dogmatic. I'm sure it could get any better!

Very much recommended.

The author also included short introductory guide about keto with effective tips and guides about how to follow this diet properly with delicious recipes which can be a great help for beginners. Very much recommended.

I devoured this audiobook

I have every one of Elliot's books and love them all, but THIS is my favorite. Super detailed and informative without being overwhelming. And I've never had a cookbook where I wanted to make every recipe. But this one I do!
