I learned that food is really medicine.
I had lupus and it did not take me long to realize that the medical community could not help me except to treat the symptoms with pharmaceuticals so I needed to fight for my own life and find alternative ways of healing. I learned that food is really medicine and by changing food it would effect my body and brain

Wow. Unbelievable to realize just how duped we are as a society in regards to what foods are deemed "healthy" when in fact they are at the root of so many illnesses. I've known for decades to not buy into what the gov't tells us is "good" or not good, but this goes way beyond that. Super research here!

It is a whooping new learning experience for me.
It is a whooping new learning experience for me. I have been on every eating program imaginable. I am still learning. I enjoy my food, has amazing flavor and no calorie or carb counting. Without trying i lost pounds. I do miss my crackers and zucchini but my food is sooo good now.

Probably one of the most important books.
Probably one of the most important books I have ever read (actually listened to). This guy is spot on. Wish he would spend less time hawking his products but I understand why and how that works. Anxiously awaiting his upcoming books.
