Author relies on spirit and does not have medical background but intuitively makes sense.

This is a really good book

After I finished this book I am sure I will never hurt my liver again. My journey back to health started with thyroid healing by the same author, but with this book I really got it.

I wish there was a pdf of the 3:6:9 cleanse

Overall was great but had lots of fluff. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing via audible because the most valuable information would be easier to read instead of listen to. It would be great if there was a pdf of some sort for the recipes and 3:6:9 protocol.
