It's just great to have books like these. A book that tells you all about the carbs, the ketones, and more.

Maybe it could be better. I don't know. But I was impressed by this book. The keto diet can work.

Just listening in my truck, I enjoyed this audio book. I almost skipped this book, but I am actually happy that I checked it out anyway. It makes sense what the writer says, particularly in the last couple of chapters, in which the issue becomes a conclusion.

Definitely worth it

You have got to admire something like this. This book took them a lot of time and effort to create and narrate. I benefitted from this book. It was really an eye-opener. I was wanting to find out more about this subject anyway, so it was no accident that I bumped into this. I listened to it, and not to my surprise, it was exactly what I was trying to find. Not only did this audiobook seem like it was excellent quality, but it also showed me crucial things about daily life, and about this topic in particular, of course. So, it definitely deserves a couple of hard-earned stars.

By far, one of the best books within this particular niche. I literally didn't see something bad about this book. If I am wrong, then let me know about that. However, I found it to be almost perfect, and that's what mattered to me.

Blew my mind

This audio book blew my mind, both the material and the narrator's performance. This the very best books I have noticed, which is the reason that I am taking a small minute to compose a comment about it. In my opinion, it was simply one of those books you can not really skip. You should not ignore it, since it is one of the best out there. I may become repetitious here, but that's simply how I think about it.

Is this really even a book??

I am so disappointed in this book. It was written in such a strange way that I often wondered if it was translated awkwardly from a different language. I do not recommend.
