Great book. Contains a 14 day meal plan. Recipes mostly contain 2 servings. Cook times vary from 5 minutes to 2+ hours. Nutrition information is included in the recipes. They are easy to follow and taste great.

Good book!

Older people have trouble losing weight, and that can be frustrating. This book breaks down what you need to do and how to do it. This is a straightforward book I highly recommend!

Terrific recipes for any diet plan.

Although the science of this diet was explained ad nauseam, and made me want to quit listen, the recipes are outstanding. I've made several so far and each one was better than the previous one.
