For those injured by the corrupt healthcare system

There's a growing of imbalance of justice in the healthcare system. It arises from all levels of government, trampling on the rights of Americans. In my opinion, tort reform is just a tool to further protect psychopathic doctors and nefarious hospitals. One example is North Carolina’s Senate Bill 33, forbidding attorneys from taking cases with just standard negligence. The cases have to be gross negligence. Really? So, how many patients get no justice when they’re harmed by doctors within the corrupt healthcare system? Too many is the answer. Without accountability doctors act irresponsibly and dangerously. This book is about the legal principle of informed consent, as well as its exceptions. Informed consent, at its best, provides the trump card to justice, protecting your right to make it out of an ER or hospital alive. At its worse, however, it helps the maimed or dead a chance to hold doctors accountable. But what happens to those with no family or real friends? This book gives good news, but not great news. Why? Because there is a depth and breadth of the corruption at the core of the entire system- so they can still withhold justice, ignoring the truth. Any justice seeking against the system, from the hospital room to the cabal of a corrupt legal system, is uphill. I bought this book because the healthcare system killed my relative. That loss stemmed from the nefarious acts of a hospital, its doctors, nurses, and administration. My heart breaks daily. Realizing that the legal system is void of humanity, I watch as one lawyer after another keep refusing the case. This is because it's complex and because the hospital has far-reaching-power. So, as I struggle alone for justice, I’ve entered into a system of justice dedicated to protecting injustices. Even so, this book gives me a piece of the puzzle, a sliver of insight, a glimmer of hope. I am driven to fight for my dead relative, who has a right to justice. I am compelled to protect those going into that place called healthcare in the future. Doctors are not what you think they are. They are now providers of a corporate and fiduciary industrial complex. Beware. Get videos, recordings, and images. Never be alone when you visit and ER or hospital. Save your bucks to pay someone to be with you. It might help.

Being a nurse, I had thought the rules had changed for physicians getting kickbacks from Big Pharma etc. but apparently it is still going strong
