I loved chapter 3 because it discussed how some of our emotional trauma is inherited through our ancestors! We are linked to our past or the past of our ancestors, so not everything that we think, feel, or believe is what we experience in our lives. It could be something a distant relative had a problem with, and it is showing up in us. I studied body code, and it talked a lot about this. This book is very interesting. I would definitely recommend this audiobook to a friend!
