The author did an incredible job introducing many different types of fasting techniques and discussing the unique things that women have to consider when fasting that are different from men. We learned so much about how to do intermittent fasting in a way that will work best for my body and my lifestyle. We feel really empowered to take control of our health and try out some of the tips and techniques the author shared.
Lastly, we have to give a shoutout to the narrator of the audiobook. She was fantastic to listen to and really brought the book to life. We were engaged and interested throughout the entire book, and we hope to hear her narrate another one of the audiobooks we listen to again in the future.
