I have been practicing moderately strict intermittent fasting for over a year and can honestly say that it is the most sustainable weight-maintenance process I've come across. I think it's really cool that the author included a chapter on nutritious dishes that you could still eat even when you were doing intermittent fasting. She also dispelled the idea that missing breakfast was unhealthy, despite the fact that it was perfectly fine to do so. In my experience, because I have to be at school every day at six in the morning and don't have time to prepare meals, I haven't really eaten breakfast for who knows how many years already. This is because I don't have time to make meals, but I'm still doing fine. But despite this, I am still continuing to gain weight since, in comparison to other meals, I consume a large amount of food for lunch and some of it is unhealthy. Because I am unable to manage my appetite during lunch, I tried practicing intermittent fasting for a week but I had to stop after that because I would always end up eating too much. Because of this audiobook, I now have a better understanding of how to live a healthy lifestyle, and I recognize that this is a sign for me to take intermittent fasting more seriously, not only to reduce my weight but also to improve my overall physical health. In addition, the narrative was also of a high quality, and all in all, listening to it was a very pleasant and entertaining experience. Overall, this audiobook is of great assistance, particularly for anyone who wants to gain a deeper understanding of their own body, and it serves as a manual for anyone who wishes to practice intermittent fasting in the most effective manner.
