Finally something that actually WORKED!
Would you listen to Essential Oils for Weight Loss: Your Essential Oils Reference Guide again? Why?
Absolutely - it was a short listen which is its best quality - I have already listened to it 3 times, usually on my commute to work - each time I pick up something new and I find repeated listens very good for motivation to keep going with my weight loss goals.
Any additional comments?
Awesome book - I have struggled with trying to lose weight for many years. I have tried al the latest fad diets and spent a fortune on daft products manufactured in factories when what I needed was something NATURAL, which is what essential oils give. Don't fool yourself, its not like you can start using essential oils and the weight will all magically fall off, you still have to adjust your diet and genera lifestyle but this is honestly the only thing that has ever worked for me.
Highly recommended!
