I've read a lot of books on the subject as I have an inflamed shoulder from a skiing injury, but a lot of them are written by people who think aligning your chakras will help, or that green tea is the solution. I'm not saying they can't be part of the solution, but this book talks about real things that will help, like sleep, reducing alcohol, exercise etc. They may not be quick fixes but they are definitely the right way to reduce inflammation. Thoroughly recommend.

While none of these should be 'shocking' to learn, the audiobook explains WHY these issues increase inflammation and how making better choices (some contrary to ultra-busy workaholic American culture) will reduce inflammation and how that can improve so many aspects of health and life. The section on nutritional supplements had wonderful new ideas (for me, anyway). This audiobook is a great listen for those needing help addressing overall health and inflammation.
