I Love the Power Struggle

The internal and external conflict of the main character are good as always, he seemed way too nice to be the main character even to his enemies but maybe his character progression seems to be bringing him to a more realistic state. His almost pushover nature pissed me off at times in the first book and some in thus book but it just adds to the drastic shift slowly happening to him. The world building is good. The shifts in actions in battles happening in different places seemed to detract from the climbing overall action as it seemed to almost too much of a difference at times. The voice acting was decent but was difficult to figure out who was talking especially when the story changes quickly on who is talking even in different areas and then would shift back to the main character again and who he was talking with and then shift to conversations outside of the "game."

good follow up

This book continues to keep me entertained. The main character has steady growth without becoming to OP out of the gate.

very strong book series so far. really enjoy books like this one, and this one, for me personally, ranks near the top of all the series that are similar out there. I don't like psychopath main characters and side characters that matter. this has that and progression that is very interesting and keeps you hooked. can't wait for the next book.

You thought you could catch a break?

Ever increasing tensions and an inability to catch a break? you will save the galaxy and you’ll do on the worst possible footing at all times. forever. I think the book is being rushed a little with the ever increasing actions and being put into worse and worse and worse situations at all times, but it’s a fun book. Can’t wait for next one.

I need book 3 now!

I strictly listen to audiobooks these days and ive gone through the litrpg catalog, only avoiding three really long seemingly not my style series. Ill give yiu a hint, i started with DCC and am 115 books into the genre. This is top tier, alongside RaaDT and Chrysallis im not sure which release im looking forward to the most. Seriously check out this series if youre into really dope novels.

I like that it's based on how a computer game would be made and played.

So who's making the game based upon these books? Make it be from the perspective of either a different world or one of the other top 5.
