These meditations were very easy to do and did not require a lot of commitment timewise. These can be done in the morning, and I sometimes do them in the afternoon too. I love the music and the narration is very thorough. I never feel lost about what to do next when listening to these. Great instructions for simple meditations that help with stress relief.easy to do and effective at stress reduction

This audio has some really great techniques that can be implemented even when not listening to the sessions. I liked the simplicity of the tracks and the way the narrators took their time with their instructions.Any additional comments?
