Not only moms needs to concentrate on their fitness, but dads also.
It can be exhausting taking care of a new child, and draining physically.
This audio will help you stay in shape from the comfort of your home.
There are also tips on sleeping and eating properly. I enjoyed the affirmations.
This audiobook will help you get your body back into shape.
This would be a great gift for a new dad.

Boosted My Confidence

This list of affirmations gave me every word of encouragement I needed to boost my confidence as a father. All those lies and feelings like "I'm not enough" really pushed me to become who I was meant to be for my child. This helped me stay consistent with my workouts and showed me my worth and what I fight for!
