Was not informative. Based it's statements on a calorie restrictive approach and LOW FAT. Come on now people.

We Struggle and Will Conquer As A Family

As a famly we struggle as a group with the battle of weight of course genes have something to do with it. But what I have discovered is the fault lies with the values of food and nutrition I as a parent was given or not.

I feel like this book is going to allow to get a better handle on what I can do as a parent to instill good nutrition and eating habits in my kids. Thereby cancelling the multiple generational weight problem that has plagued our family.

The tips and ideas in this book are awesome and the writing is easy to follow the narrator has a great conversational style and is interting and pleasant. I would recommend this book to any mom looking for a solution.
