Blew through it!

Hi y'all! I enjoyed the first and the second one! Hope they make more! Thank you!

I liked the more prevalent dragons! nice to see the talents from the original trilogy make an appearance!

The story over all was good, but I wished there was more of Fell in this one. I missed hearing his opinion on things. If there is a third I would love to have more from both perspectives again. Still great story, really liked the series!

Excellent pacing and Performance!

I enjoyed this sequel very much. The characters are very well written and exceptionally performed. It is a wonderful continuation of book 1. It provided a great balance of suspense, battles, romance, and world building. I especially liked learning more about the dragons and their societies, as well as hints of other magical creatures.

For me personally, I would have loved to see Fell’s perspective of what happened to him, and his dark descent before it all… changed. Seeing his psychological deterioration would have made later elements more powerful, given him more depth, and more emotional investment for the reader. But that is just me. 😉

All in all, it was fabulously engaging and I finished it in maybe two days!
