Too long but good story

Ms. Shape should get a better audio editor. Too verbose for audio. Also she steps out of the books era using phrases like " a bridge too far". A WWII saying. That said, the story was entertaining.

Lovely Story of an Orphan Finding Love

The Gilded Heiress was a sweet story about Josie finding finding love in unexpected places while pursing her dream of being a singer. I gave this 3-stars bc for Joanna Shupe I felt that it wasn’t her best work. It fell flat for me, but I did like the storyline overall.

A mix of Anna Karenina and the Gilded Age

The plot of the story was well constructed and I truly believed that the couple fell in love. I wish there was more of a background between the two main characters' families and close friends. But I was still happily satisfied.

The story has little be of everything. It was easy to listen; the events were connected through—-it when back to the past , present and future…

The best historical I have read in years. My love for this author grows more and more with every new book! This book is flawless,timeless and beautiful!
