Witches & Werewolves

4.25⭐️ This was such a refreshing spooky season read. I really enjoyed the audiobook performance and the narrators accent. The plot was easy to follow but still a good fun read. Cordelia is a little whitty which I love in an FMC. Im interested to see how the series continues.

why I kept reading this book

I liked the premise of the story line. A world of all sorts of creatures. its not new. But still a fun trope. Hard to accept it was during a time when women did not have any rights. The power of most of the witches is slim. A "rock back" spell that sorta pushed you back a few feet.? Pretty pathetic magic. Hype on the "Cabal" ? Its an organized crime ring with greedy and rich people who are murdering psychopaths. Both sides of the FMC family have insanity present. Sorta like where our world is heading now, unless all of us as a people correct this horrible course. Plus the male
