This was so taboo and so interesting. Make sure you are aware of the trigger warnings because this book is not for everyone. I loved how this author mentioned other taboo books in this, namely Priest. The narrator’s voice was so good. I received this audiobook for free for my honest review and rating.

Daddy's Sinner by Luna K Wicked is a forbidden slasher romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Ryan Pierson.

I originally read the book when it was first released and was so excited when I heard Luna was bringing it to audio.

I was pulled in from the first chapter and couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next. I loved the chemistry between Matheo and Marisol. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

I can't wait for Sinner's Salvation to be released in Fall 2025 so I can get more of their story.

Ryan did a great job on the narration. This is the first book of his that I have listened to. I look forward to listening to more in the future.

I would recommend this book if you're looking for a forbidden romance, slasher romance, cult romance, dark romance, or a romantic thriller.

Super entertaining, very twisted and pretty sexy. All the characters need to go straight to horny jail. If you like a hearty helping of violence with your gratuitous sex and religious perversion, you will not be disappointed. The narrator was amazing.

Iiiiiisten, I’m a sucker for taboo but this one was a wild ride! The way I stayed chanting, “bite his dick girl” was constant 😂 it became my mantra at one point lol Daddy Matheo is a drug and his need for murder or sex is wild. The way he loves pain is erotic in itself, but the way he just murders without second thought just the same way he fucks is hot. Matheo must rid the world of evil and he does so without thought until he sees Marisol, his little dove. The twist that Luna had me screaming, cackling, laughing so hard I cried, and that I had to pause the audiobook because I had to go into my DMs to yell at Luna. I listened to this as an audiobook and loved every minute. The voice actor did an amazing job. And just like with every Luna K. wicked book, she never disappoints.

Luna is one of my favourite erotic taboo romance authors. She’s never afraid to ‘go there’. The narrator did a fantastic job! Overall recommend!!

Ummm, WOW!!! What a heavy hitter. I listened to this on audible, and they give you fair warning for triggers. Sol and Mateo are a match made in purgatory. They balance each other SO well. You root for them right away.

The world building is well done, as is the ramping of the climax of the book. The religious aspect of this is tantalizing - how warped people can become in the name of faith.

The physical aspect of the book - bring a portable fan to cool off!

The narrator Ryan - yum! Shivers, goosebumps, dread, anticipation, desire - so many feelings - all in that voice! Can't wait to listen to his next read.

Please, please, please be the first in a series - it ends with so much left to explore.

First I should mention that if you’re very religious this book may not sit well with you. Definitely pay attention to the triggers.
I should preface this by saying that overall I’m not a big fan of audiobooks. But I wanted to give this a listen as I hadn’t read it yet and was wanting to see what everyone was talking about. This is a good book and the narrator did a great job voicing Matheo and bringing him to life. Marisol was portrayed as a gentle dove when deep down she is not much different than Matheo. I enjoyed the story and it definitely got darker than I was expecting. But as with all of Luna’s books is well written and very descriptive.
