I learned a lot

Fascinating Book on the Brain! I recommend!

LM Taylor has written a book here that everyone should listen to or read. The author has provided countless details about the association between the brain and diet, sleep, exercise, and more. Listening to all of the author's suggestions to enhance our brain functionality was very interesting. The author explains brain functionality like a biologist or a psychiatrist, which makes me understand that the author is an expert. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to improve their brain health. The audio was great, and the narrator kept me engaged as well.

So many amazing facts

I am pretty impressed with this book as the content was like a treasure trove of valuable information about the brain and its potential. The author skillfully explains the secrets to hacking our brains, changing habits, and slowing down brain decay. I love learning about nootropics and their powerful impact on brain function. I always knew that music could help boost your mood but I did not realize that art could have the same effect in boosting brain health, mood and sleep quality.

The author does a great job to taking complex neuroscience topics and breaking them down to easy to understand concepts, making it accessible to all readers. I plan to relisten to this book with my teenagers in the car because there's always an opportunity to learn something new and may as well have them learn instead of having their noses down in their phones. Brilliant work from the author!
