Astonishing

This author is a highly experienced teacher and a keen student of anatomy. He has a sense of humour, is always well-prepared and treats his class as adults with a minimum of yoga jargon. Experienced yoga practitioners can learn from his and beginners will not be intimidated. Highly recommended.

A surprisingly Audiobook!

The author know far more than my former neurologist who never even mentioned the vagus nerve to me. I have since learned it is possibly the core of my TMJ, chronic anxiety, migraines, fibromyalgia and inflammation issues.

I have finally understood what heart rate variability means and what it does for us.
