The vagus nerve connects your throat to your facial muscles and extends from your brain stem to your intestines and stomach. Peak emotional and physical well-being is directly correlated to a healthy vagus nerve, leading to alleviation of the negative effects of PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

The American Civil War, one of the most violent wars ever contested, started in reality in 1850, when the Compromise of 1850 deposed the Missouri Compromise of 1820 and made "popular vote", the way by which the decision would be made to designate a state "free" or "slave". The findings were mind-blowing, as the vagus nerve was actually found to hold the key to good physical and mental health to a degree that was never thought possible.

The United States Cavalry was kept very busy trying to control all the waring among the tribes and predation against the settlers.
