    8oz Cottage Cheese

    1/4 Cup Chobani Non Fat Greek Yogurt

    1 Egg

    2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Maple Syrup

    2 Tsp Lemon Zest (Use a Microplane)

    Squeeze half a Lemon

    Mix thoroughly in NutriBullet

    Pour into Crock Pot of Ramekin
