The author goes into the science behind this way of eating. It is a common sense, straight forward plan which focuses on being aware of what you're eating. I think it's a great very easy plan which doesn't require any specialty items to follow it. It is great.

Would you consider the audio edition of Zero Belly Diet to be better than the print version?

Go to the main page in audible.com and go to your library, it's in there I downloaded it from there to my iBooks, haven't finished listening but excited to get going on this, too bad the app to go with this cost additional 4.99

But in a he audiobook say something about the pdf, in which is all the diet and exercises, but as an audiobook I didnt get that pdf.

I listen to this book over and over and over again it is help me lose 18.3 pounds since April 1st. went off of it just to see if it was what I was doing. yep it has to be what I'm doing in this book period back on it and we will see how much more I can lose. my goal is to go down to 132 lb. this is a very good book. it works for me and I thank you I just can't find where the PDFs are and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I met a friend on Fitbit and let her know how I was losing because she was trying to lose. I told her it worked for me maybe it would work for her

as I listen to David read he is keeping me interested and if I want to I can go back thru the book and follow his read.it feels good to actually hear the problem from the instructor and the resolution. I feel like I can make that fat go away positively than be negative about it. I've already started switch my food and writings in my journal. don't get it wring you need to also see the hook for pdf's or have Internet access. unless you can write fast. thanks David. I think of every time I passed up your books in the store,how stupid am i. thanks
