Sweet small town, slow-burn romance!

I loved this story from start to finish. The Wrecked Series by Catherine Cowles has quickly become one of my absolute favorites when it comes to a good slow burn romance. Griffin has a very stand-offish gruff exterior but a literal heart of gold! He fighting hard for the top spot on my book boyfriends list!

Both Griffin and Caelyn both have heart-breaking stories when it comes to their families. Although they're both very different it allows them to understand what the other is going through when it comes to family, love and trust. I really enjoyed the family dynamic of Caelyn and her siblings. When you add Griffin to the mix, your heart will melt.

Seriously one of the sweetest romance stories I have read in a long time. I loved it so much that I jumped right into a re-read through Audible. Joe Arden and Ava Erickson are two of my favorites when it comes to narrators. The nailed the emotions and tone of this story perfectly. As always Catherine has a way of grabbing and keeping your attention from the very start. You won't want to put this one down. I am anxiously awaiting the next release in the Wrecked Series.

It Was Really Good!! 😊

This one was really good!! The only thing that was just a BIT too unbelievable for me was that, in the prologue, Will (Caelyn’s (the FMC) little brother) is supposed to just 10 years old & is somehow able to MOVE a dresser AND bed over a CARPETED floor to block the door in order to save his 2 sisters (& this is not much of a spoiler, don’t worry, since this happens in the prologue) . . . I’m sorry, but a 10 year-old little boy should NOT be able to do that on his own. I mean, I understand there is adrenaline & everything, but . . . C’mon!! 😕 Another that would have been nice to know is HOW OLD AVA (one of Caelyn’s little sisters) WAS SUPPOSED TO BE!! We knew how old Will & Mia (Caelyn’s other little sister) were, but NEVER Ava?! I mean, I’m guessing that she was around 10 or 11 since she’s obviously older than Mia & is still in elementary school, but still . . . It would be nice to know her exact age . . . It just annoyed me that we never knew her exact age when we knew the other’s ages . . . 😑 And, where was Caelyn’s cute, unique nickname that Griffin (the MMC) should have given her?! I’ve grown fond of all the cute nicknames for the female leads that this author comes up with! 😅 Oh, and also (for those interested in this 😉), there wasn’t very many “spicy” scenes in this romance, if you know what I mean . . . 😉 More sweet, s*xy scenes than “spicy” . . . Because of all this, I’m giving it 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, rather than 5, but like I said, it was really good & I am looking forward to the next one in the series!! 👍🏻😊 Oh, yeah, and now I wanna know if Will found HIS person, too . . . Maybe in college?? 😉 Because that kid is GOLD!! PURE GOLD!! 🤩 He SO deserves to find his person!!

This is a beautiful story of beautiful, damaged people. All the feels are here, from angst to passion. Even though this is the third book in a series, it can easily be read as a stand-alone. Enjoy.

I loved this book so much. the narrators definitely brought this book to life. you could the range of emotions from the very beginning to the epilogue.

Romantic Suspense

This series keeps getting better. Caelyn’s vulnerability and ability to see the best in people are what made her strong. She was responsible for her three younger siblings, and this family has been through so much. Griffin becomes the missing piece they didn't know they needed while fighting his own demons and past trauma. There was so much character growth all around, and a much-deserved HEA.
