Really Nice!

I enjoyed it a lot. A great story about a strong woman in a bad situation, who just want to do the right thing. But at a great price for herself.

Great

first time reading one of her books. The storyline was excellent, and it moves along quickly. Kept my attention, and the ending was spectacular.

Easy, enjoyable romantic suspense

Characters were likeable and the storyline was easy to follow. A US Marshal protecting a witness to a shooting. The shooter is high profiled and has a lot of people and resources to prevent her from testifying. His job is to keep her alive while trying to stay hidden long enough to get her to testify in court.
Narration was done really well.

Loved the Main Characters!

This book was exciting from start to finish. I especially loved how the author turned Sam from a target into a deadly threat who could take care of herself. I was pleased that the whole book wasn't about the man saving the woman over and over again. I can't wait to read the next book.

Intriguing

The story kept me intrigued and the characters were well developed. Of course I always enjoy a story with a happy ending.

Unexpectedly Gooood!

I have listened to some of this author’s other books and this book is not my usual listening. I was so pleasantly surprised at how good it was! I didn’t want to stop listening. You won’t be disappointed! The narrator does a great job.
