A very practical guide on dealing with reality

I loved it, Especially the personal stories with the analysis of why situations played out a certain way, and the realistic maneuvers that were availible for each situation. Fantastic insights.

ps. like stated in the intro this book is questionably titled

a practical approach for sales and life

straightforward in the voice performance and the presentation of his philosophy. I honestly think I will use these ideas in many areas of my life but especially in my job as a real estate broker. I will have to listen many times to get it into my brain.

Robert Ringer knows the score! 5-stars.

Ringer's real-world approach is spot-on. It is right up there with the sage advice of Brian Tracy and Larry Winget. And when the intellectually lazy blue-pill people find fault with it, then I KNOW he is on track. Brilliant writing that keeps your attention. My personal favorite----"I vividly recall you telling me that you would like to do some building in warm-weather climates, so I'm sincerely happy for you that you're going to get your wish when you pass on to the next world."

A Refreshing Take On Reality. Extremely Useful in Life

Finally a self-help book that is not full of feel good fluff. This book is a refreshing cake on reality. It’s the only book I’ve listen to four or five times. Lots of great and useful life lessons on how the world really is rather than how we think it should be.

I highly suggest listening to this if you haven’t. It is very entertaining, hilarious, but extremely useful at the same time.
