Those with a penchant for eating disorders or those who believe they might be should stay away for intermittent fasting as it can easily lead to more serious issues if not controlled properly. Remember, it is important to have the willpower to stop eating for a set period of time, but it is also equally important to have the willpower to begin eating again once the fast is over.

I am now a fan! There are lots of thing that can help us lose weight and with that being said, I love how the author chose these three subjects which are - Intermittent Fasting, Strength Training and BodyBuilding. I have read so many books on weight loss, none of them address the reasons why you get fat. I never feel like I am getting actual tools I can use. This book gave me some new tools like chewing gum. I felt like they were manageable tools too.
