A very helpful book.

Even though it says “for women”, a friend thought it was worth listening to, as healthy living applies to all. The book gives clarity and advise on how to go about living healthy lives. Recommended for all.

A Perfect Bundle!

I absolutely love the projection of the book being someone that’s keen on living a healthy lifestyle.

The importance of walking as a form of exercise cannot be overemphasized and intermittent fasting as a way of life.

The journey of consciously living healthy doesn’t stop so this is a book to have handy, lot of information from this book will guide me in my journey.

In a nutshell, not one but a 2 in 1 package. Worth the read. Totally recommendable and highly educative!

I began only walking to my mailbox. I walk 5 miles on weekends now. Just ordered the poles for better workouts walking. Pack with information.

Amazing Read!

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this. Being a fitness enthusiast, I found this educating. Love jogging, will add walking to my exercise routine. Beautiful to see the benefits of walking.

Personally, not much of a big eater and sometimes practice intermittent fasting so listening to some tips in this book is helpful.

I would absolutely recommend this!

Mechanical, basic, make-it-stop narration.

The FIRST time I have ever fast forwarded to the ending. Repetitive, almost like a computer is talking to you. The information, basic.
