Unique take on a Whodunnit with interesting characters
I really enjoyed this book and the narrator! I feel like many whodunnit stories become cliche by trying too hard to force every character to have a motive. I don't even think the mystery aspect of this book was where it shined the most. Rather, the gradual revelation of Paris's troubled past and struggles was gripping and kept me listening intently! Excited to read more of Hillier's work!

Twisty and tangled
What a great listen! The author takes us through an emotionally tangled ball of history and slowly unravels knot after knot of emotional trauma. Leaving us with the most well done story of ultimate triumph. Such a good one!

Easy listening
