My specific aim here, apart from telling these stories in what I hope is a new, entertaining, and instructive way, is to contrast and compare the different versions of them that have been written over the years. In doing this I hope to enable listeners to consider, discuss, and maybe even investigate the stories for themselves, as they examine their history, their contradictions, and their facts, or the lack of them.

Summary: Sort of a who’s who of creepy ghosts and where to find them in London.

Additional Comments:
- Kind of glad that I didn’t have this book before my trip to London.
- I heard the audio version. The narrator did a lovely job with the performance, but some of the titles were really hard to distinguish because of the sound effect used to make it even creepier.
- It’s like an occult history book. I found it interesting because it’s vastly different from my usual listening fare.

Conclusion: If you’re up for some ghosts, give this a go.

A Ghostly walk through history

The narrator was superb and the various stories were interesting. I wish I could spend time in London to investigate or at least visit some of these places mentioned in this book.
